Nicotine Products
VapourHeart® produces both Freebase Nicotine and Nicotine Salts for the development of various new generation cigarettes. Compared to the Freebase Nicotine, Nicotine Salts are more bioavailable since the molecule is more stable. Nicotine Salts can also be vaporized at lower temperatures with lower pH levels.

Sensartec® Delivery System
Sensartec® is a flavour or essential oils delivery system activated by smoke stream, heat, or mechanical action. To give the consumer a whole new experience, Sensartec® is customizable on matrix, flavour, and release process. You can choose the size, color, and shape. We can also modify the aroma, taste, and provide different sensations (cooling, tingling, salivating, etc)
Other than the application in cigarette filter, Sensartec® can also be added to tobacco sheets, chopped tobacco, or tobacco reconstitute of combustible cigarettes.
Thermasens® Delivery System
Thermasens® can be applied in tobacco sauce compound as well as by direct injection (spray) in the cigarette filter system. This technology enhances the aroma and taste with complete building block solutions: bottom, middle, and top note.
Thermasens® flavour can be customized: sweet-brown (coffee, cocoa, tea, etc) or savory (meaty).
Identic Technology
Conventional extraction process may degrade the authentic botanical profile (aroma and taste) due to flavor loss during the process. Identic technology solves the problem by modifying the extraction process. Thus, the result has a complete profile with strong aroma on the top, authentic profile, and powerful taste.
